How to answer an Email.

While I am doing nothing at home, I have a plan to take one of the professional certificates. Well, maybe we can't deny that I really love to explore a new knowledge. So, here and there I googled and find any information about certificates that suit my interest.

One certificate catches my eyes. Try to dig more about the costs, places, and what-so-ever that I need to know. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the relevant information in their website.

I emailed the company for my inquiries. At first, how they reply it's quite good, (yeah copy paste, but it was good to read). Then I ask for further information. The conversation suddenly becomes so unprofessional.

Look, the situation is like this.

I am your client. I will pay for that certificate (definitely).

I asked " Can you send me the brochure about the Certificates of __ "
The Admin Executive replied " I have attached in my previous email. Never mind, I send again. "

WHAT ?

1) I asked for a different certificate brochure.
2) Read carefully.
3)  Look at how you replied! Never mind what?

Come on, it really pissed me off.

Do you think I am your friend? No, that's not the way to reply to your client!
Think, even you are the trainee, pls ask your colleagues if what you wrote is appropriate.
Professional certificate is not cheap. You made your company to lose a client just like that, sister.

You know what my action?

I emailed personally to her boss (I assume, since she Cc to that email) and complaining about how she responded to me. And how I disappointed I am.

The boss emailed me back and ask for forgiveness. Oh yeah, he gives me his personal number also!
